My Story
❋ The Beginning
Well, the very beginning was morning crafts and creations.
But the beginning you’re looking for is graphic design. The one where I tell you about all of my late nights in computer labs, finding the perfect magazine layout, or finessing a design with the pen tool in Illustrator.
❋ The Middle
Crafting and creations continued.
But then I narrowed down where to apply my graphic design skills. Advertising enters the chat: a creative advertising degree to start, leading to a design role, which turned into art director, and, finally, associate creative director. My design imprints are all over campaign work for clients such as Rogers, Dairy Queen, Jeep, and Molson. I learned how to use my imagination and flex my creative skills from other creative directors, copywriters, developers, strategists, project managers, and everything in-between.
❋ The Now
I combined it all.
I stepped back to see everything fit together. Every craft, graphic design lesson, and art directed element of a campaign were part of the same thing. Creative process and personal touch. I work with multiple, different clients, brainstorming and collaborating with them to create a consistent brand vision through social media, traditional campaigns, or simply a brand identity session.
I’m just a girl who loves a new adventure, a good colour palette & crocheting with reality tv.
